About the Event

A Practice of deep relaxation

Plant seeds of intention to manifest your desires

Accompanied by the healing vibrations of a GONG BATH

ABOUT THE NIDRA:

Craft your Sankalpa, your personal intention that guides you to manifest your heart's desire ♥ Seed it into Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep where you gain the support of your subconscious mind in order to achieve your goal.  Yoga Nidra, derived from the tantras, is a life-changing approach to complete relaxation. For true relaxation, you must remain aware. Yoga Nidra can be described as deep sleep with a trace of awareness, a state of being that allows you to reach beneath surface tensions and awaken your potential for greatness through the medium of Sankalpa. A Sankalpa is a resolution created by you, a positive statement in the present tense designed to align you with your destiny, to accelerate this process. After creating your Sankalpa, Alesha will begin with gentle stretching to prepare for a unique practice of Yoga Nidra to potentate the manifesting power of your Sankalpa. This is more than a systematic approach to total rejuvenation and healing, it is truly a gift to help you to shape your destiny and live the richest life you can imagine.

ABOUT THE GONG:

Immerse yourself in the relaxing vibrations of the Earth Gong. Melody skilfully creates rhythmic waves to bring you into a state of tranquility and bliss.

Gong meditation is an ancient technique to create a deep relaxation by altering the brain waves from beta to theta. A sense of wellbeing is created through the vibration of the water in the body.

Benefits include:

- reducing resting heart rate

- reduced blood pressure

- restoring breath to the natural rhythm

The sounds of the gong have a profound effect on our cardiovascular, endocrine, and immune systems and is the perfect complement to our Yoga Nidra session.
